The Daily Average River Discharge is a processed observation coming from near real-time measurements from the French measurement network (approximately 3,000 hydrometric stations) operated by the Regional Directorates for the Environment, Planning, and Housing (DREAL) and other producers (local authorities, etc.).
This data disseminated by the Hub'Eau API comes from the HYDRO Centrale (PHyC) platform, operated by the Central Hydrometeorological Service and Flood Forecasting Support (SCHAPI).
